We hope you’ll join us for our Sunday worship services to experience the presence of God and be empowered through the touch of the Holy Spirit and the teaching of the Word of God. Through contemporary music and practical messages we present the truths of the Bible in a format that's easy to understand even if you've never been to church.
Here are a few common questions and answers:
-What if I have kids?
We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow for parking, sign in your children at Check In, and finding a seat. (We do have coffee and donuts available before service until 9:50)
-What should I wear?
We accept anyone and don't want a style of dress to keep you from attending and experiencing God and His goodness. We do feel its important to offer our best to God so we endeavor to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him.
-What should I bring?
If you have a Bible, bring it. If not, we will provide you with one if so desired. A notebook or some form of device to assist in note taking might be helpful. We encourage to write down what is being presented as to not forget what God is revealing or showing you.
-What happens during the worship service?
Our service begins with contemporary worship, led by our worship team and band – no choir robes. The words of the songs are projected onto a screen for your convenience to follow along. This part of the service is for all to focus their minds and open their hearts on the Lord-to enter into His presence.
During the announcements we would like for you to fill out a “Connect Card”. There is an opportunity to sign up for events, ask for prayer, let us know your thoughts, or just indicate your presence with us. You then place it in the offering bucket when it is passed. We will be referring to it to pray for you during the week.
We then will continue our worship time with our giving of tithes and offerings. After preparing our giving/envelopes we like to stand and declare what the Word says over our obedience in giving. The declaration is on the screen for all to join our faith and speak over our seed! We give in faith with a cheerful heart.
After our time of worship, Pastor Stephen will encourage and challenge you with a practical message from the Bible. You’ll be able to easily follow along with slides and scriptures on the screen, as well as take notes on the bulletin, so that what you learn on Sunday, you'll be able to use and apply during the week.
How long does the service last?
The service lasts approximately 1 1/12 hr.
Service ends-what next?
Don't feel that you have to hurry out the door. Please help yourself to a cup of coffee after getting your children from class and join us for fellowship! Our Pastors would love to meet you!
